Be the 1 without the germs

It is easier to prevent colds and the flu rather than cure it... make prevention your goal.

DID YOU KNOW?

Americans with college degrees wash their hands less than those without.

9 out of 10 adults say they wash their hands after using public restrooms, but only 6 out of 10 were observed doing so.

Nearly 22,000,000 school days are lost annually due to the common cold.

Cover your mouth!!

Cover your mouth when you sneeze & cough.

The main way that illnesses are spread is from person to person through coughing and sneezing. The best way to stop the spread of germs is to cough or sneeze into a tissue or your upper sleeve, not into your hands.

Clean your keyboard

Wipe down your UREC equipment

Sanitize your keyboard & UREC equipment

Some viruses and bacteria can live up to two hours or longer on surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, keyboards, and workout equipment.

Wash your hands

Wash your hands often.

Since hands are the most exposed part of the body, hand washing is the single most effective way to prevent germs from spreading. In fact, proper hand washing could save 1,000,000 lives each year.
