Gardisil® HPV Vaccine

Gardasil®, the vaccine that helps prevent cervical cancer and other diseases caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), is now available at the University Health Center.

The vaccine consists of a series of 3 injections given over a 6 month time period in this manner:
  • Initial shot,
  • the second shot two months after the initial shot,
  • followed by the third shot 6 months after the initial shot.

    One or all of these injections are available at the Health Center. The cost of each vaccine is $140.00 and can be paid with cash, check, FLEX or MasterCard/VISA.
    Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.

    Please contact Betsy Gentry at 540.568.2978 to schedule an appointment for the Gardasil® vaccine.

    If you have insurance that will cover this vaccine, you may also contact Williamson Hughes Pharmacy at 540.434.2372 for an appointment to receive the Gardasil® injections. This pharmacy is located at 563 Neff Avenue (beside Costco).
