MyJMUHealth

MyJMUHealth is a patient portal giving students the ability to review and correct their demographic information and enter their own medical and immunization history – all from their dorm room or anywhere they have Internet access.

Instructions for New Students:

The University does NOT require a complete physical; however, all students must meet immunization and TB requirements as set by Commonwealth of Virginia Law. Please complete the Health History section AND enter immunization dates. A paper Immunization Form and TB Assessment must be signed by a health care professional as verification and returned to the Health Center at the address on the form by August 1. Faxed copies will not be accepted. Failure to complete this process will result in an academic hold on your student account and a $50 fine.
