Agnes Choi joined the CGE in August 2007 as an Enrollment Assistant and currently serves as the Enrollment Manager.  She earned her B.S. degree in Computer Science & Statistics from Chonnam National University in the city of light, Gwangju, Republic of Korea.  After graduation, she worked for two companies in Seoul for five years as a computer programmer.

Since 1988 she lived in Missouri and California and strived to continue her study.  She holds the Certificate of Business Communication Technology and Medical Office Assistant.  She received a Bachelor degree in Computerized Health Service Administration from James Madison University in August 2009.  She is a member of PINNACLE, The National Honor Society for Adult Non-Traditional Students. 

Her diverse and rich international experience, knowledge and desire to work naturally led her to join the CGE.   Choi coordinates the processes of international study program application review, admission, form collection, course registration and database maintenance.  She wants to become a reliable gatekeeper in JMU Study Abroad Program application processing.  Choi likes the proverb, “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
