  • IMPORTANT: The 2010-11 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available. Apply now to ensure that the Department of Education processes your FAFSA by March 1st, our priority deadline. If necessary, you may estimate your income and make corrections later.
  • The Winter Financial Aid Newsletter covers many important topics, including Madison for Keeps, a new program to assist students experiencing financial hardships. In addition, you will find information about scholarships for 2010-11, enrollment changes and your financial aid eligibility, satisfactory progress requirements, the FAFSA priority filing date, our loan repayment Web site, and much more.
  • Financial aid requests have skyrocketed to levels never before seen at JMU. That's why the Madison for Keeps fundraising initiative was created. Students experiencing an economic hardship that might affect their ability to remain at JMU in the 2009-10 school year may now complete the Madison For Keeps Appeal Form.
  • Financial Aid and Scholarships has joined Facebook! For information regarding important updates and deadlines, please join the JMU FAO group(narrow your search criteria by organization).
