e-Vision offers semester-long editorial internships through enrollment in WRIT 395, e-Vision Internship. WRIT 395 is a one-credit course which meets weekly for one hour. Applications for editorial intern positions must be submitted prior to the beginning of the semester of enrollment.

Send a letter of application, detailing your interest in the position, qualifications, and the name and e-mail address of at least one faculty reference to evision@jmu.edu.

Faculty references should be familiar the applicant's writing and critical/evaluative reading abilities.

Students offered editorial intern positions will be expected to enroll in WRIT 395. Though we will consider applications for enrollment in the spring semester, we would prefer a one-year commitment to the internship starting in the fall semester. WRIT 395 may be repeated for credit up to three times.
