student editors:

Jamie Kelly is a sophomore English major and a writing and rhetoric minor.  He enjoys candlelit dinners, dancing by the light of the stars, and demonstrative pronouns.  Jamie hopes to go to law school and one day rule the world.

Josh Hahn is a junior Geography major with a concentration in Applied Geographic Information Science and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric. When he's not messing with GIS software or tutoring freshman students at the FYI Writing Center, he's usually losing a poker tournament or planning a hike he's unlikely to take. After graduating, Josh hopes to find a local job that affords him both time to spend with his family and resources to lose more poker tournaments and buy hiking equipment he'll never lose. Until then, he enjoys reading the diversity of ideas and forms of expression used by freshman students at JMU .

Lauren Leopold is a senior English major, with a concentration in American Literature, and a Secondary Education minor. After completion of a Masters, she plans on teaching high school somewhere in Virginia. This is her first year on the e-Vision staff. Her interests include the Outer Banks, reading, writing, and Rob Thomas.

Andrew (Drew) Norton is a senior English major with a minor in Secondary Education. Drew serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Madison Connection, JMU's telefund organization, and as Vice President of the Student Virginia Education Association. After completing his Master's at JMU, Drew plans to teach in Virginia and work toward a Doctorate in administration. This is his first semester working with e-Vision.

Katie O'Dowd is a senior in the School of Media Arts and Design, with a print journalism concentration and a minor in writing and rhetoric. Along with her work for e-Vision, she is a writer for The Breeze and The Bluestone, and she interns at Madison Magazine. Upon graduation, she would like to write for a magazine or work in public relations for a non-profit organization.

Gwen Page is a senior and has been on the e-Vision staff for three years.  She is an English major with a minor in secondary education and plans on getting her masters in education next year at JMU.  Upon graduating, she aspires to teach in Manhattan and eventually get her doctorate from NYU.

Cory Scott is a sophomore Cryptozoology Major, while also a double minor in Medieval studies and Writing and Rhetoric. He likes to spend his free time squirrel fishing, watching Ed Wood films, and wearing sunglasses at night. While unsure of his profession following graduation, he hopes to hike through Kazakhstan in search of Bigfoot, a journey he has planned since the age of five. This is his first year on the e-Vision staff; He also works at the FYI Writing Center.

Katelyn Wyszynski is a senior SMAD major with a concentration in Print Journalism and a minor in Writing and Rhetoric. This is her third year as an e-Vision editor. She will graduate in May 2007 and plans to find a job in the magazine industry.
