FORMS

Some C&I proposals are completed using the online curriculum system and some must be completed using paper forms.

The online curriculum system is available for the following actions:

• Creating new courses
• Modifying existing courses
• Deleting existing courses
• Requesting new subject identifiers

Paper forms should be used for experimental courses, program proposals and graduate faculty applications. Word templates of the forms are available at https://secureweb.jmu.edu/curric/. You must enter your JMU e-ID and password to access the secure site.
