Registration fee for an Academy:

$395 prior to May 15,
 
$440 after May 15

Registration deadline is June 7, 2013
Registration form must be
mailed and postmarked on or before
June 3, 2013

The registration fee includes all instructional materials as well as daily snacks and lunch throughout the week.  Many participants choose to stay on campus to live dorm-style for the week. An on-campus meal plan that includes daily breakfast and dinner is available to all participants.

        2013 On-campus housing fees:        $140 double (per person) / $225 single

             2013 On-campus Meal Plan:        $65

Participants who choose to stay in one of the many local hotels must make their own arrangements. See the area information for a list of hotels.

It is possible to take an Academy as a three-hour university graduate course.  The graduate tuition fee for Virginia residents is an additional $300. The out-of-state tuition fee is an additional $400.  North Carolina residents who have been employed full-time in Virgina for at least one year are eligible for in-state tuition.
