ISAT Professor Honored

One ISAT professor has been shown to go above and beyond the call of duty.  Congratulations to Dr. Bob Kolvoord for his recognition as the Outstanding Science Educator for 2007!!  Dr. Kolvoord was honored at an annual meeting for the Virginia Association of Science Teachers (VAST) in Williamsburg, VA.  As the Director of the National Center for Rural Science and Mathematics Education, this JMU professor has been implemental in bringing technology to K-12 science teachers and their students.  To read more about Dr. Kolvoord’s efforts check out http://www.jmu.edu/cisat/news/stem.html.
