Have You Considered Living On Again?

Dear Student, 

If you haven't made a decision about where to live next year, consider the very non-spooky option of living on campus again!  On campus housing is as close as you can get to your classes, dining services, and all the resources available at JMU.

Once you decide that you want to Live on Again!, go ahead and sign your contract for 2023-2024 on the Online Housing Portal.

There is a benefit to signing your contract early - the earlier you sign your Live On Again! Contract, the earlier your Room Selection Timeslot for the 2023-2024 Online Room Selection process will be, and the higher your odds of selecting a space in your building of choice for 2023-2024 will be. 

PLEASE REMEMBER: This is a legally binding contract.  You will be expected to comply with the terms of this Housing Contract if you sign.  Signing an on-campus contract is not creating a "place-holder." The Live On Again! Contract is a binding contract for the academic year 2023-2024 - just like if you were to sign an off-campus lease. DO NOT SIGN unless or until you are 100% certain that you wish to live on campus during the 2023-2024 academic year.
