Virginia Breeze Bus Lines New Highlands Rhythm

Virginia Breeze Bus Lines is expanding its service to include a fourth route — the Highlands Rhythm! This route starts in Bristol, Virginia, and ends in Washington, D.C., with seven stops in between: Wytheville, Radford, Christiansburg, Salem, Harrisonburg, Dulles International Airport, and Falls Church. Starting November 15, the Highlands Rhythm will make one northbound trip and one southbound trip every day. This new route is in addition to the Valley Flyer route that runs daily between Blacksburg and Washington, D.C.
Highlands Rhythm
The northbound Highlands Rhythm departs from JMU at Godwin Hall at 3:35 PM, arriving at Dulles Airport at 5:20 PM, and Union Station at 6:05 PM.
The southbound Highlands Rhythm departs from Amtrak's Union Station at 1:00 PM, and Dulles Airport at 1:55 PM, arriving at JMU at 4:00 PM. The southbound bus then continues on to Salem, Christiansburg, Radford, Wytheville, and Bristol.
Valley Flyer
The northbound Valley Flyer departs from JMU at Godwin Hall at 11:15 AM, arriving at Dulles Airport at 1:30 PM. and Union Station at 2:30 PM.
The southbound Valley Flyer departs from Amtrak's Union Station at 9:20 AM, and Dulles Airport at 10:35 AM, arriving at JMU at 12:40 PM. The southbound bus then continues on to Staunton, Lexington, Blacksburg, and Christiansburg. Extra buses are added on Fridays and Sundays.
