"Redefine OUR Standards"

<div> One of FSL's big initiatives this semester is to ¿Redefine Our Standards.¿ The first step in this process is for community members to participate in focus groups. The focus groups will be held at our sorority houses during the weeks of Sept 26th and Oct 3rd. The sororities are graciously opening their basements to us and we hope that this setting will provide a more intimate feel for you all to authentically and openly talk about our community. Please reference the calendar for specific date/times. The goal of these focus groups is to talk about what you believe our community values, what our shared standards should look like, and ultimately how we measure that. Think ¿what does a chapter of the year look like to you?¿ These focus groups are the initial step in a semester long process. The next step will be to form a student committee to take all the information and create a draft of these standards to be presented to the entire community. Your participation is key to this process. We need your voice for this to be successful! </div> Simply put, it is time to talk about: What YOU believe are our community values? What OUR shared standards should look like? How do WE measure those criteria? What does Chapter of the Year look like to YOU? Join us as we discuss these issues during the focus groups hosted in our sorority house basements. This is open to ALL members of the community, and the dates and times are listed below. Please come and have your voice heard!
