Description: Whether you lead a small or large work team, coaching the individuals involved to meet and exceed expectations will be your perpetual leadership challenge. If you are looking for ways to expand your skills to foster a higher level of performance on the individual and team level, this session is designed for you. Content draws upon leadership lessons of Patrick Lencioni and coaching philosophies. 

Learning Objectives:

  • An increased ability to identify common reasons for underachievement with individuals and teams 
  • An increased ability to intervene effectively as a leader to increase performance 
  • Increased ability to articulate coaching behaviors and skills useful in the workplace
