Description: Motivation to create and achieve goals is far more effective when driven by purpose. This workshop is designed to help you identify your purpose and create actionable and attainable goals that serve as a roadmap for achieving those plans and outcomes. In this way, a plan with a purpose becomes a powerful tool for professional (and personal) growth.
In this session, we will delve into the nuts and bolts of creating purpose-driven plans to achieve your professional goals!

- Recognize the value of purpose-driven goal setting
- Review threats, barriers and risks to reaching goals
- Practice writing effective purpose-driven goals
