Preparing for Promotion on the Non-Tenure Track (Online Faculty Interest Group)

Join a group of non-tenure track faculty developing materials for promotion.

This Faculty Interest Group invites non-tenure track faculty members to join a community of colleagues working towards promotion. We will focus on developing materials for promotion in a non-tenure track role. Participants will have the opportunity to set goals, share strategies, assemble materials, give and elicit feedback, hold each other accountable, and connect to university resources.

The group will meet 3 times over the course of the semester. We also encourage recently promoted non-tenure track faculty to join and share their advice and expertise.

Though not required, we recommend participants attend all meetings to build trust and make connections.
