Wetlands Project at the new RMH site - Collaborative Project between RMH and JMU
JMU students under the direction of Wayne Teel, Tom Benzing, both faculty in ISAT/Environment at JMU, and Dennis Coffman from RMH are working on a water cleansing strategy at the new RMH site. They are working on establishing a natural wetland for further water purification of storm water runoff. This effort is connected to the current LEED certification efforts that are underway. LEED certification is a designation for Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) Green Building System.
