IRB protocols that are Full Board will be reviewed approximately 1-2 times per month. It is possible that some of these dates may change, depending on circumstances. Any significant modification will be posted on this website.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Protocol Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM – Friday 2 weeks prior to Scheduled Meeting Date
- All protocols submitted AFTER the deadline WILL NOT be reviewed until the NEXT scheduled meeting.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE: While you may have met the submission deadline, this is not a guarantee that your protocol will be reviewed at the upcoming meeting. If revisions are requested, please submit your revised protocol in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for the committee to review.
- The submission deadline is only for those studies requiring Full Board review. Exempt and Expedited protocols may be submitted at any time and are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
