Please note, if you have multiple University Marketing Photography Department photo op suggestions, please submit a new request for each assignment

• University Marketing Photography Department will archive the images on the University Marketing archive along with accompanying identification and description for future university use. You may be contacted to provide additional information during the archiving process.
• If you are suggesting photography that involves individuals under the age of 18, please have Photography Release Form(s) completed and signed by the individuals¿ parent or guardian prior to the assignment and give them to the photographer.
• If the location of the photo assignment is a JMU laboratory, please note that the Office of Risk Assessment will be in touch with you in advance of the assignment to ensure that subjects are following laboratory safety protocol.
• During peak scheduling times, or if the request does not fall within our purview, the University Marketing Photography Department may recommend outside resources to cover your image needs. This may involve charges that your department budget will need to cover. We will contact you to discuss options.
