05-005: Student health education experience database
Nye, Sullivan, Letsky-Anderson

The database will allow local Area Health Education Centers to more efficiently catalogue and retrieve program data that must be submitted to federal and state agencies. This will, in turn, support the competitiveness of the AHEC program's applications for sustainability funding.

The application consists of an Access database back-end with an ASP Classic front-end. VB Script is used to validate form input. The database is searchable through the front-end by student name, activity, or activity date. (top)
