For the second year, the College of Business (CoB) participated in JMU’s Family Weekend festivities, offering activities to welcome parents and other family members to campus.

Nearly 200 students and family members attended the CoB activities on Sept. 30, which kicked off with a short presentation from Dean Mary Gowan. Marketing professor Theresa Clarke also presented a mini-lecture on “The Role of Packaging in Marketing.” The Program Fair gave students and their families a chance to mingle with CoB faculty and staff while learning about the array of opportunities available to business students through the college study abroad program, undergraduate research, experiential learning tours and student organizations.
