Old land mines threaten farmers and livestock in Eastern Zimbabwe

SUMMARY: It’s been nearly 40 years since Zimbabwe gained independence, but the war still haunts the northeastern part of the country. Despite demining efforts, active land mines riddle the area, threatening local farmers’ livestock and families.
