Marriott Faculty Fellow; Director, Center for Economic Education; Professor, Economics) received $10,444 from the Virginia Council on Economic Education to provide a training program that prepares high-school teachers to teach an economic and personal finance course. 06
2010 June Presentation Owusu-Ansah Dr. David Owusu-Ansah (Professor, History; Special Assistant to the President for Faculty Diversity) shared his expertise on the history of Ghana on BBC Radio 5 Live in June. Owusu-Ansah provided commentary on two speeches by Ghana's first post-independent President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. The speeches were selected for the "From the Vault" program from Pacifica Radio's audio collection on political, cultural and artistic movements of the second half of the 20th century. 06
