Student Teaching Experiences
The teacher candidate is required to complete two student teaching experiences for the program. The application process for student teaching takes place during the junior and senior years. The first experience is 8 weeks in an elementary placement during the spring semester of senior year. The graduate internship consists of an 8-week placement at a middle or high school teaching both health and physical education.
