As part of Israel @ 60 Week, Mike Granoff will be speaking at JMU on Wednesday April 23 at 8pm in HHS 1302 about his investment in Project Better Place, an Israeli electric car company, and Israel's contributions to the Global Economy.
Mike Granoff is also the founder of SAFE (Securing America's Future Energy), a Washington-based advocacy group working to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. In addition, he is a seed investor with Israel Cleantech Ventures, a leading figure in the plan to create an infrastructure for the mass production of electric cars and re-charge stations throughout Israel by 2011.
This lecture will be especially beneficial to students in Environmental Sciences, ISAT, Economics, International Business, International Affairs, and Political Science so we hope that you will encourage your students to attend.
This event is free admission and open to the public.
