The Events & Conferences office will begin taking requests on a 1st come, 1st serve basis for Memorial Hall Auditorium at 8:00am on April 16, 2008 for events after 5:00pm weekdays and weekends for Fall 2008 – Spring 2009. The auditorium will continue to be reserved on a semester basis for events occurring Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Departments wishing to reserve space during this time should contact Nicki Ulmer, ulmernc@jmu.edu, 568-2870 in Outreach Programs at the beginning of each semester.
In order to give student organizations and departments equal access to this space, each may request:
.....2 dates per semester beginning April 16
.....Additional requests may be made beginning April 23
To make event requests, please complete an Event Request Form located at: http://www.jmu.edu/events - click on University Department / Event Scheduling Timeline 2008-2009 / Routine Request Form. Please note that reservations are not definite until you receive a confirming email from Events & Conferences.
Following this initial request period, Memorial Hall auditorium will be scheduled according to the University Event Scheduling Timeline.
