M.E.E.T. on Common Ground, Course # HR1011
Respect for, and responsiveness to, individual difference is critical to developing and maintaining effective relationships in the workplace. With our society, and our workforce, becoming more diverse every day, we find we have more challenging interactions that stem from individual and cultural differences. This workshop is designed to help you learn how to recognize, respond to and resolve difficult interactions and will provide you with a clear, easy to use model that will help you promote a "mutual respect" working environment. Improving our skills, collectively, in resolving these types of situations is what this workshop is all about.
