Nominate someone for Relay For Life's Caregiver of the Year Award

Caregiver of the Year Award is to honor someone who stood by a cancer patient's side through thick and thin. Cancer affects not only the patron who has it but all the loved ones and we want to honor that special person who went above and beyond to support and care for that cancer patient.
