University schedulers representing Madison Union (Taylor/Warren/Grafton Stovall) and Festival Conference & Student Center facilities will accept Fall 2009 – Spring 2010 ‘Routine’ event requests on a 1st COME, 1st SERVED basis as listed below:

ROUTINE Requests Begin February 23, 2009

Routine Events:
Events supporting the day to day work of the University (i.e. staff meetings,
committee meetings and planning sessions.)

To make event requests, please complete an Routine Request Form located at: http://www.jmu.edu/events - click on University Department on the left of the page. The form is located under the Event Scheduling Timeline 2009-2010 / Routine Request Form. Requests may be submitted to the appropriate scheduler. Please note that reservations are not definite until you receive a confirmation from the reserving office.
