K-12 Administrative Leadership Institute

The 2012 Administrative Leadership Institute was designed to provide current and aspiring leaders with the skills and knowledge to meet today’s and tomorrow’s learners.   The institute focused on leadership issues that directly impact classroom instruction such as motivation, parental involvement and technology.  The institute focused greatly on the diverse learner and addressed topics such as poverty, disabilities and children who are English Language Learners.  Participants also gained a greater appreciation of how conflict can lead to positive outcomes and how we can lead and manage change in an ever-changing society.
