ESL Course Requirements



Course Requirements for Add-on Endorsement to Teach ESL PK - 12

To complete the add-on ESL endorsement students MUST hold an initial teaching license or be working towards one. 

The courses in bold are foundation TESL courses and should be taken in the order presented (e.g., READ 430, ENG 418, TESL 426, 425, & 428).  These courses are prerequisites for TESL 470 & EDUC 381.  Starred courses are part of the TESL minor.
