JMU - COUNCIL FOR EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN
Through the vision and dedication of more than 30,000 members, CEC sets the standard for high quality education for children and youth with exceptionalities.
CEC is known as THE source for information, resources and professional development for special educators.
As a member of JMU CEC you are also eligible to join the national CEC at a greatly discounted student member rate. You will receive teaching journals, newsletters, job updates and access all parts of the CEC website.
You will need to complete the application for the national CEC (can be done electronically or by mailing the form to the address at the bottom of the online form). Both forms can be accessed via our homepage. You will see the links to the right.
