Directions

From the North:

Take I-81 S and get off at Exit 247A onto Rt. 33 / East Market Street, towards Elkton. At the second stoplight, turn right onto University Boulevard. Continue south on University Boulevard through 3 more stoplights. After going through the 3rd stoplight, you will continue a short distance and see JMU’s Convocation Center on your right. Parking for CHOICES is at the JMU Convocation Center. Follow the signs and directions as provided by the on-duty public safety personnel working in that area.

From the South:

Take I-81 N and get off at Exit 247A onto Rt. 33 - East Market Street towards Elkton. At the second stoplight, turn right onto University Boulevard onto Rt. 33 / East Market Street, towards Elkton. At the second stoplight, turn right onto University Boulevard. Continue south on University Boulevard through 3 more stoplights. Follow the signs and directions as provided by the on-duty public safety personnel working in that area.

Campus Gates

Traffic flow through the Bluestone section of campus is restricted by gates for service vehicles access only. Please follow the specified directions above to access your designated parking in a safe and timely manner. Shuttle bus services will be provided throughout the entire campus to accommodate your CHOICES movement during your visit to JMU.

Parking

Visitors should park in the Convocation Center lots and overflow parking for this event will be directed to the C-11 and C-12 lots (across from the Festival Conference & Student Center). Follow the posted signs to the designated lots on East Campus or directions as provided by the on-duty public safety personnel working in that area.
