Career Educators (CE's) are volunteer peer educators who work in Career & Academic Planning, providing outreach programs to student organizations and residence halls.

PROGRAM REQUESTS FROM STUDENT CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS:
Workshops can be requested using the form below. If you represent an academic
or administrative department please complete a Faculty/Staff
program request form instead.

- Overview of Career & Academic Planning services
Program Request Instructions:
1. Please make all program requests at least 3 weeks in advance.
2. Abide by these scheduling parameters:
- Fall Semester Requests: Programs can be presented up until the last 2 weeks of the semester. Program requests will be filled based on availability of speakers.
- Spring semester requests: Requests for spring semester presentations can be submitted after January 1, 2012.
3. Fill out each of the fields below, and press the "Submit" button.
4. One request per form please.
PROGRAM REQUESTS FROM HALL DIRECTORS AND RA’s:
CAP will be offering 2 programs each semester in a central location so RA’s can bring their residents. Students will sign in with their name, and living location. This list will be shared with ORL so RA’s can receive credit for programming. Please contact Mary Morsch at morschmd@jmu.edu if you have questions or need a schedule of available programs.
