Tiffanie Rosier (’95) joined Women for Madison’s Executive Advisory Council in 2016. She graduated from JMU with a BA in communication studies and later earned her MA in education with a focus on higher education from Western Kentucky University. She holds a Virginia Community College Career Coach certification, Global Career Development Facilitator Certification and she is a certified Myers Briggs Practitioner. She gives to Madison Forever, the College of Arts and Letters and the Class of 1995 Senior Challenge. 

Tiffanie had an expansive career before becoming the STEM education coordinator for Northern Virginia Community College. She served as the director of Employer Partnerships and Internships at the University of Central Florida, assistant director of the Cohen Career Center at the College of William and Mary, regional trainer and branch manager in the corporate sector with Woodforest National Bank and as an assistant director at the Career Management Center at Old Dominion University. Tiffanie also spent 10 years working within Residence Life Departments at North Carolina State University, James Madison University and Western Kentucky University. Tiffanie is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for the International Live Events Association (ILEA) and the JMU SCOM Council. She also enjoys creating lasting memories with clients through her business, All Star Photobooth.
