Lauren Springer (’20) joined Women for Madison's Executive Advisory Council in 2020. During her time at JMU, she was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta. She was also the Vice President and Treasurer of the American Criminal Justice Association. She was a 2018 First yeaR Orientation Guide and a 2019 Orientation Peer Adviser. Lauren took an active role in the Rebound Program as a mentor and shared a video about her Rebound story available for viewing on their website. She was honored to have been chosen for Madison Royal Court in the Fall of 2019 and Student Speaker at the Class of 2020 Virtual Commencement. Lauren earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and a minor in Criminal Justice. 

Lauren is a Business & Technology Delivery Analyst at Accenture Federal Services. She currently provides services to the Department of Homeland Security.
