Erica McDowell (’02) joined Women for Madison’s Executive Advisory Council in 2019. She gives to the college and also supports Madison Forever, the College of Business Learning Complex and the Division of Administration and Finance Scholarship Brick Effort.

Erica earned her BBA in computer information systems from JMU, where she was a member of Alpha Phi sorority, Phi Chi Theta business fraternity and the university’s judicial council. She went on to earn a Change Management Advanced Practitioner Certification through Georgetown University’s executive MBA program. Currently, she is a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting, leading digital transformation initiatives across a portfolio of federal clients.
