Lubin’s research focuses on engaging the practices and processes of adult learning for personal and professional development
Lubin earned a bachelor's degree in general studies at Armstrong State College, a master’s degree in business administration at Georgia Southern University and a doctorate in adult learning and human resource development at Virginia Tech.
