Description: How you care for your brain determines how well it will help you do what you want to do in ways that achieve great results with least effort. We will review exercise, sleep and stress as the key factors that determine the ability of your brain to do its job well. Exercises and activities will demonstrate wiring, attention, memory, senses, vision, and music as components we can use to improve our brain's functions.
