TD2539

Note: This workshop is capped at 16 participants

Total Workshop Time: 2 Hours

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

Have you ever wanted to change something about how you live? It could be something as simple as to stop biting your nails or losing 2 pounds; or as difficult as to quit smoking or lowering your A1C for diabetes control. Behavior is how these habits started, and adopting new healthy behaviors is how you create that change.

In this workshop offered by CommonHealth, we will guide learners through evidence based processes for creating successful behavior change.

Participants will learn the step by step process of:

  • Setting long term goals
  • Setting short term goals
  • Identifying and overcoming barriers
  • Identifying influences
  • Creating a supportive social network
