Most Americans have a hard time relaxing. If you feel like you have too many things going on and have a hard time unwinding, this session will help you gain some tools on how to relax.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Name 3 stressors in their life
  • Participate in breathwork
  • Experience 3 types of meditation
  • Name 3 places and/or experiences they find relaxing
