Total Workshop Time: 75 minutes

Pre-requisites: None

Description: The ability to identify our feelings is a critical component for lowering defenses and improving communication. Perhaps counterintuitive to some, it can be a very appropriate and effective tool in the work environment. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was designed as a way of resolving conflict, yet its application is wide-ranging and its use improves understanding and compassion and strives to meet the needs of all involved.
