This session will cover the supervisors-need-to-know items related to the performance evaluation process and a “crash course” overview of the performance management tools for Classified employees. Content of the session includes the key dates and timelines, best practices for performance management, and important reminders related to the process. Supervisors and employees are welcome to attend.
