Description:

Location: JMU X-Labs (Lakeview Hall, Room 1150)

Join us at JMU X-Labs to learn about the technology and classes available to you as a faculty or staff member at JMU.  Tour the space, check out the equipment (laser cutters, vinyl cutters, 3D printers, virtual reality, Beam robots), and end your experience by laser cutting an ornament/object using a standard design.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Discover available opportunities at JMU X-Labs
  • Identify equipment and potential use cases
  • Produce a laser cut ornament/object
