TD2525

Note: A minimum pre-registration of 8 participants is required for this workshop to be facilitated as scheduled.

Total Workshop Time: 1.5 Hours

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

Knowing the right time to do things determines whether or not we get what we want and need. Daniel Pink's book When is the foundation for this workshop where you will learn the "time-type" of person that you are. You will get strategies to take control of every moment of your day (making it possible to optimize your performance throughout the day). We will talk about the science just enough so you will remember 'when' to do things to get the best results. You'll even discover why the most efficient people take (and thrive off of) naps.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Identify your chronotype
  • Recognize emotional patterns
  • Effectively organize your day
  • Plan breaks to maximize your efficiency
