Come learn how to make healthier choices at the grocery store without hurting your wallet! This session will include an interactive cooking demonstration.

At the conclusion of "Be Healthy Without Breaking the Bank," participants should be able to:

  • Identify at least 1 healthy meal option presented in the demonstration cooking workshop
  • Identify 2 budget friendly fresh food items presented in the workshop
  • Identify at least 2 benefits of preparing meals at the beginning of the week that can help to prevent mindless spending
