Description
Duties:
Assist property managers with any necessary admin tasks or physical labor to support preparing the property for new resident move-ins.
Requirements:
Seasonal position starting on or near May 15th and ending on or near August 20th. Looking for applicants who can work the entire time. Vacation time is allowed but would need to be scheduled. Hours will vary throughout the summer. Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs up and down stairs. Lots of walking to and from apartments but most work is performed inside.
