Description

Duties:

• Handwashing of bakery production small wares.
• Cleaning of dish area, floor sweeping and mopping, and general light cleaning.
• Processing of unsold product for donation to food pantry.
• Cleaning of farmers market service equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. from floor to waist height.
• Be thorough in cleaning and sanitizing work area, dishes, and surfaces.
• Follow directions, be detail oriented, enjoy repetitive work, work independently, be a self-starter.
• Must be able to work a schedule, not take time off in the first three months of employment and be able to give 24 hour/plus notice of work absence.

This is a year round position.

Additional Information:

Start times can be flexible. Dependable, steady person who enjoys solitary work, efficient and effective at cleaning and sanitizing. More hours may be available for special cleaning or prep work if qualified or interested. This is an important job in a micro bakery, we will depend on you.

How to apply:

Salary
$12-13/hr

Hours per week
8-10 hours per week.

Specific hours
Mondays and Wednesdays 2-5 pm, maximum. 2-3 Saturdays per month, 12-5 pm.
