Description

Duties:

Thorough Walk-thru once a month of 174 Units (consisting of townhomes and duplexes) of homeowners' association inspecting front and rear for violations of restrictive covenants. Time required - approximately 3-4 hours. Record on form provided, scan and email to employer in timely fashion. Within 15 days, spot check major violations, and email to employer. Time required - 1.5 hours. Photos when appropriate.

Requirements:

18 or older. Team of two required. Dependable and good work ethic. Position would be as independent contract. Employer will provide 1099 at end of year and employee(s) would be responsible to pay self-employment tax on earnings.

$20/hour per person while training, then $25 per person
