Description

Duties:

We are looking for a nanny who can appreciate and adore the toddler age. This nanny position is for someone who can take initiative, be creative and provide an engaging atmosphere for Clay, our 3 year old son, at our house in Harrisonburg.

Requirements: 

*You can provide 2 references

*You are currently involved with a college ministry or Bible study or attend a local church

*You value a toddler praying a cute little prayer with lunch

*You can take initiative to interact and engage under very limited TV and electronic time

*You appreciate reading books to children and their learning of letters, numbers, shapes and colors.

*You enjoy playing with children (ex. hide and seek, dance party, imagination play, cars...)

*You are comfortable with putting a toddler down for nap

*You can partner with our family to help continue with his potty routine

*You are capable of preparing and giving a simple lunch

*You are CPR certified or informed

*You are comfortable with a nanny camera

*You can give a brief summary of your time with him that morning, before you leave each day

25 - 28 hours/week

Specific hours
Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm (with the potential for one day to be until 4pm)
